Join our star instructor and experience the joy of making pasta from scratch! 

Overview

Bring a touch of Italy to your kitchen with this hands-on workshop led by the renowned chef and instructor Pasquale Vari. 

Under his expert guidance, you’ll learn how to make fresh egg pasta and craft delicious tagliatelle and tagliolini. From kneading and rolling the dough to perfecting the cut, you’ll explore every step of the process before preparing a classic butter, sage, and Parmigiano Reggiano sauce, the essence of Italian simplicity and elegance. 

Each participant will leave with 8 half-portions of freshly made tagliatelle, ready to cook and enjoy at home.
