On Thursday, September 18, the Restaurant de l’ITHQ will have the honor of celebrating the 25th anniversary of one of Quebec wine lovers’ most beloved vineyards: Les Pervenches.
Located in Farnham, in the Eastern Townships, this visionary estate has been run for 25 years by Véronique Hupin and Michael Marler. Their biodynamic approach and uncompromising winemaking have given rise to vibrant, authentic cuvées deeply rooted in their terroir. Named Winegrower/Beverage Producer of the Year 2025 at the Lauriers de la gastronomie québécoise, the estate stands as a true benchmark, producing wines that celebrate both the purity of the fruit and the unique expression of Quebec’s climate.
